Refund and Exchange Policy

At Sancatti, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Below is our return and exchange policy:

1. Product Quality Control
Before we send any product, we subject each and every piece to a thorough quality check. The products pass through full control and are only packaged and shipped if they are in perfect condition.

2. Refund and Exchange Options

  • Exchange due to size issue: If the purchased product arrives in the wrong size, an exchange is possible. However, the exchange can only take place if the product is returned to us in perfect condition.
  • Condition Check: Before the exchange is made, we will inspect the returned product. If the correct size is available, we will exchange the product immediately. If the new size is not available, we will refund your money within 30 days.
  • Gifts: If the purchase was made as a gift, our return policy still applies and we will only accept returns if the product is returned to us in perfect condition. In this case, we will also refund the money within 30 days.

3. Return Process
Returned products are returned at the buyer's own expense. The product must be delivered to the return address provided by our customer service.

4. Warranty
We provide a 3-day warranty on the products, during which you can report any quality issues and if the product is defective, we will provide a refund or replacement.
